In the business world though, I would imagine that leaders have realized how important it is to understand cultural differences and adapt so that things like negotiations can be fruitful. If you were in charge of training in a U.S. multinational, what type of training would you design for engagement with Japanese counterparts? How about with the German? What particular culture would best suit your style? Why?
Every country has its own culture and living style based upon the citizens living in that country because it all depends upon our caste, religion, rituals, and belief system. Moreover, this is what in today's politicians is that those politicians have also realized that if they want a colossal vote. Then they have to dress up themselves based upon the people they are going to meet and address through their speech so that voters code treat the politicians and there past of their lives because it builds a strong relationship between voters and the politicians.
Now, as a trainer to merge in a US multinational, I need to be well known and understood with American culture and their living style while keeping in mind the Japanese culture while meeting them while giving them training to Ice. That should be E and sure myself about their language dressing and some gestures also by which I could be able to create a good sense of understanding with them and a good relationship with them so that an excellent environment to take place there. Yes, we can say that it would be helpful for business also so finally e there I need to be well understood with the German-style, and that is all about their punctuality discipline and their strong belief in their culture.
