Conduct a research on a Hong Kong Medcial
industry/company in which it has a high demand on manpower, but is
unable to recruit enough. You are required to:
(a) explain why it is difficult to attract candidates;
(b) what and how planning should be done to do the manpower
forecast?
(c) what would be the possible ways of attracting and recruiting
candidates?
