KD is the abbreviation for ' Disassociation Constant' which is the concentration at which 50% of the binding site(receptor) are occupied by the drug that is administered.
CD50 is the 'Curative Dose" that is sufficient to restore normal health.It is also called the 'Median Curative Dose' as to removes 50% of the symptoms after being administered into the body.
CD50 is also known as 'Cluster of Differentiation' in which a protein in a human cell is differentiated by the ICAM3(Intercellular Adhesive Molecule) gene.
