Motivation refers to the process of boosting energy of person that will stimulates him to act towards certain goal or objective.
Benefits of motivating staff :-
1) Lower absentism - Motivated staff are more willing to do their job. So , they will take less leaves and work more.
2) Low labour turnover - As staff is motivated, there is less chances of leaving job. It leads to lower labour turnover as company have to spend lots of money and time if labours are frequently moving.
