Answer: tariff related intervention would be subsidies because both subsidy and tariff related to price in the case of imposition of tariff price of the product increases and in the case of subsidy that is export subsidy government policy is to encourage export by reducing price through subsidy.

export financing is to provide fund to the exporters, it provide fund to the sellers who are selling their product internationaly.

quota is a kind of quantitative restriction on good , while there is international trade among countries .

value added taxes is the tax which is imposed on each stage of production process.

Answer: The key difference between  Totalitarian and Authoritarian political systems is that Totalitarian system is less democratic.  

In the case of totalitarian political system there is absolute control over the economy. There is lack of democracy . There were mass destruction , fraudulent election. on the other hand in the case of authoritarian there is not total control over economy. In this case an small group of political power monopolizes the economy.
