Answer to the question:

a) In the current mode of payment of school fees and other fees students face many problems. The main concern of the students is that they have to go to the banking hall of the University’s bankers and queue for long hours before they can make payment. Hence it wil results in delay in payment processing and leads to wastage of time of the students.

b) As a lead consultant I want to suggest that future school fees payment system should be easier, like the receptionist at the college's reception will accept all the payments from the online modes of payment like google pay, phone pay and many other payment apps and can also accept cheques or cash on behalf of the University in place of existing scenario where the same being deposited by the students by standing in the long queue.

c) New payment system facilitate quicker registration of students at the beginning of each semester because when the payment will be accepted by the online modes or cash/cheques being collected by the receptionist instead of being deposited by the students by standing in the long queue then students can save those hours which they take before depositing payment in University's Banker.

New system result in the easy credit and hand to hand verification of the payment made by the students, hence same will result in quiick registration of the students.

A needs analysis that involved a survey of teachers and students confirmed that these problems were widespread. Carlos DaSilva, who was recently appointed trainer at the school board and had a strong background in teaching, had to address the communications problem as his first assignment. He designed what he considered to be an excellent three- day communications...
