Solutions

Expert Solution

Here the patient is having two main potential health problems. They are over weight and increased stress of work and lack of adequate sleep. Hence the patient is having headache, probably tension headache.

The health promotion strategies are healthy eating pattern, so that it helps to maintain proper weight. Physical activity at least 30 minutes in a day so that it also helps to maintain weight as well as to reduce stress. Since the patient is working an average of 8-10 hours in a week, adequate sleep of 6-8hours should be ensured. Adequate sleep will rejuvenate the mind and body. He can also practice yoga and meditation to calm down the body and mind and reduce the stress.
