1. Descriptive epidemiology helps individuals search for patterns by identifying and determining people's evident characteristics, place, and time. The study helps in the cases of disease outbreak to analyze the source and reasons for the explosion. Thus, the first objective of the study is to explain the diseases and their subsequent determinants. For example, in the COVID-19 pandemic, the strategy helped to evaluate that the source of the epidemic is a lab in China, and the reason was negligence. Another objective of the study is to make a cross-sectional comparison. The strategy also helped the scientists to prepare a cross-sectional or cross-departmental comparison. It helps the scientists to know that there are differences in the diseases, and the determinants. The third objective is to protect the health conditions of the patients. After determining the characteristics, the doctors can give appropriate medicines and protect the patients from emergency conditions.

2. The same strategy is also applicable in fields other than medicine. For instance, the lawyers have to assess all the offense's characteristics and features in the legal department and system. It will help the litigants to conclude and an order or decree. Hence, it also helps in speedy trial of the cases. The epidemiology helps in various departments of the company.
