During adolescence ,boys and girls reach adult height and weight .Early prepubescent are noted with the appearance of secondary sexual charecteristics .
Adolescence is the time for growth spurt and pubertal changes .An adolescent may grow several inches in several months followed by period of very slow growth ,and then have another growth spurt.Changes with puberty may occur gradually or several signs may become visible at the same time.
In boys and girls during adolescence as a result of excess hormonal secretion many charecters takes place.
Some changes are due to the excessive stimulation but some are normal during this period.
Excessive growth may takes place due to excess intake of food
Acne vulgaris or pimples is one among them .
Some females become excess fatty during this period.
Obesity or excess body weight results from the improper food habits .During adolescent period they likes outings and having junk foods .This may exacerbate the excess fat deposition in body .Peak growth also takes place during thrs period. So that increase appetite will be there .Some people have increased anxiety during this period .These all things increases intake of food ,which can results obesity.
Do excercises regularly
Avoid high fatty ,oily junk foods
Maintain a good healthy mind by doing meditation etc...
Include more vegetables in daily diet.
