St. Jude's has been able to show itself as a financial success because they have been very transparent about the inflows and outflows of their finances. They have been raising contributions from the bug houses and volunteers and have been contributing them towards the society, Being a big NGO, they have been able to raise a good amount from the public.
The tactics that can be used are to show openly how the company is contributing to the success of the environment. At the same time, the NGO should do activities that help the local people.
