I think that Normal cars which operates on diesel and petrol will be gone in next 15 years.Hence, car manufacturing company which mostly manufactures diesel and petrol cars will be wiped out.

1. General Motors is one company which will not survive in next 15 years as they have very high amount of debt on their books and they are less likely to transform themselves into the electronic car segment because of higher debt and they are likely to go insolvent if they try to operate themselves into new venture because they do not have the required technology and the required cash on their books

B. Consumers of this product will be evolving by getting used to to electronic manufacturing industry like Tesla which are into the electronic car making and it got a traction recently when its shares almost returned 10 times of its value.

C. Competitive landscape will be regarding getting adapted to the electronic car making space and providing with electric car makers a chance and Better cost-cutting adaptation techniques should be adopted early regarding electronic car making because those companies which are venturing late into electronic car making will be not likely to survive and sustain.

D. The industry can try to prepare such products which does not damage the environment and they should be trying to get themselves adopted to use of electric technology in the car making and they should be trying to reduce the use of diesel and petrol.
