It is a true fact that people with disabilities are more vulnerable to comment crime like rape, robbery, assault against minors and teenagers.

There are many types of disabilities like hearing, visions, cognitive, self-care, mental illness. Women are more vulnerable and at risk of crimes in comparison of males.

Due to the many factors like poverty, low security, poor police services, lack of family support, bad society disabled people face violent crimes.

Chain and bag snatching, pickpocketing, sexual assault etc may easily happen to disable people because they are unable to protect themselves like normal people. This thing gives criminals an advantage to doing offence.

In the 21st century, this issue becomes a trend. For example, a blind woman is walking on the street with her friends .it a great possibility that robber prefers the blind lady in comparison of the normal lady to snatch the chain.

Another example is a blind lady waiting in the less crowded or the empty platform for the train in night. Their are high chances of being sexually assaulted or raped in comparison of the normal lady.

It is very necessary that the government take some strong decision to ensure the safety and security of disabled people because they are the most vulnerable people of society and they need help and protection.

It is the duty of citizens that they respect and help the disable people and treat them with sympathy and kindness.
