In a company, the manager has to take care of the employees of a particular department. So, it becomes the duty of managers to deal with the employees differently. Since many employees are working together in a company, everyone is different in terms of sensitivity. Some are sensitive, while some are not. Managers should gracefully deal with confidential employees.

Different countries have different kinds of people working in an organization, and different policies are applied.

For the reference, the management style of the USA and Mexico are different in terms of Personal Sensitivity

The people of Mexico are friendly, and they are sensitive about their problems. They share their problems with other employees freely and do not hesitate to get judged. They expect the same thing from the other person as well. The people of Mexico love to work in a friendly environment. Whereas in America, employees are not much open to their colleagues and do not share their problems and deal with them. People of America are friendly, but they do not share their own life with their employees.

In terms of Management, the employees in Mexico lacks the managerial skills and fails to take any decision. Whereas in America, the employees are capable enough to make their own decision in their capacity and do not depend upon managers for every decision of the company.
