Community based health and nutrition program is not effective in sub- Saharan Africa due to less donor interests .

There is lower level of administration and its infrastructure , political commitments and other organization . These make CHNP less effective .

These community organization in Africa can also do well if there receive good support from donor and central government in terms of resources and they can too persue well if health support provided by government health system employees and sustainable resources .
