Answer 1 : Recruitment is a complex process in which right
person has been appointed for a vacant position. It is time
consuming and cost consuming process. So, filing a position is a
difficult and complicated process . There are two ways of
Recruitment such as
- External Recruitment
- Internal Recruitment
External Recruitment means searching a people outside the
organization .
Benefit of external Recruitment are :
- Creating new opportunities for an organisation.
- Best candidate can be placed for a role in an vacant job.
- Wide range of choices has been available with an
organization.
- Cheaper and faster than a training.
- New knowledge and wider skill has been added to an
organization.
Challenge faced by external Recruitment are :
- Firm will not able to select the employee which fit with an
organisation work as well as culture.
- Morale problem exist inside the internal employee
- It is more time and cost consuming.
- Longer understand period is needed by an existing
employee.
Example of External recruitment are mostly used by large
organisation where Specialisation is required . Wipro,
Telecommunication .
Internal Recruitment :
It means filling of new post within an organization.
Benefits are :
- The organization is familiar with strength and weakness of an
existing employee who is giving a new vacant post.
- Already know the organization culture and there working.
- Cheaper and fastest way of filling vacant post.
- Less training is needed.
Challenge are :
- Limited the new skills entered into the business.
- No new ideas has been entered in the market.
- Create another vacancy needed to be filled.
- Conflict arise between existing employee.
Example of internal organisation are the small firms or firm
with limited resources used this techinques.
As a decision maker of an organization , I used external
Recruitment method for filling an open position :

Specialisation to the business.

training an existing employee.
