Opportunities:

The company shall look for expansion strategies. Also with the ongoing situation in the world where most of the countries are under lockdown the demand for work from home shall increase and thus a software company can make new softwares to help companies work efficiently.

Threats:

The threats are that a company might have substitutes possible. Also the industry the company is currently in has no entry and exit barriers so the threat from competition is very high.
