The way of doing business has changed a lot from what it was few years back and today only extrinsic motivation or higher pay raise actually does not suffice. Employers today need to understand the importance of stakeholders and as employees are considered as important stakeholders they need to be valued for the same. The quality of work is very much important as that will provide intrinsic motivation to employees. There are various aspects that are required to actually motivate and encourage employees of the organization and the internal and external.envuronment of the organization is very portant because of an employee is not happy in the organization performance cannot be expected to a great extent from the same.
