I can perform under mentioned activities to being on the accounting changes in the organisation:

• Read the changes introduced by the authorities
• Examine the implication of those changes in the organisation
• Communicate the changes to the top management
• Brainstorm how to bring on the changes, in phases or all in once
• Take the third party advisory firm's opinion on the changes on the organisation, provide them with the self study undertaken.
• Arrange for training program of managers and associates who shall be required to make changes happen.
• Monitor the changes bought are been undertaken as required.

I can perform under mentioned activities to being on the accounting changes in the organisation:

• Customers of the organisation are hardly affected if the company is in retail business. However for the companies in manufacturing business, accounting changes can be bought up for customers (who are our buyers) by providing them with the brief presentation of accounting changes that has been introduced through a conference and how they can prepare themselves to those accounting changes.
