Ans :- Sometimes people make assumptions about us that may be positive or negative and they may impose and efffect on us and impact our situation of dilemma.

Many people have made assumptions about me on many occasions that I am arrogant and a person full of attitude and sometimes I feel that

* I am useless person

* I am not social

* I will never success in succeed in my future

A traumatic feeling arise on a number of situations and i feel little depressed and anxious.

But at the end I realised that we should not bother about misconceptions these people make about us. Some strategies could be:-

A) I never involve myself in back by biting.

B) Never bother rubbish talks regarding me.

C) I stop giving preference to the people who are judging me so that they can insult me.

D) Always keep myself busy to avoid the the unnecessary talks.

E) I always try to raise my confidence so that my integrity and self-respect could be valued.

* By applying all these factors I try my best to keep myself away from these negative people.

* These methods of self strategies has helped on various occasions.

* Ignoring misconceptions is the best and simple way to be happy.
