The local, state or federal governments can positively can work together to reduce workforce shortage by creating funding for health care recruitment, increase workforce training, augment our shortage by using temporary foreign medical professional. ACA a federal program positively help the workforce shortages by providing an affordable health plan base on their incomes so that all individuals can have healthcare. Create more jobs of substance where needed and that is health care the most. Make the unemployment offices offer meaning full training for unemployed persons. Get the unemployment counselors off their butts and going to talk to companies, corporations, etc and put Americans back to work. The federal government programs like medicare and medicaid are continuously providing health care services to elderly and indigent, are essentially tax supported systems of government payments for services provided in the private market.
