Why and how is the study of growth and development potentially valuable to the assessment of public health and societal wellbeing?
in this context growth and development not only means the financial aspect of the development but also and overall complex aspect of the social development which adds value to the society in terms of affordability of the healthcare and its impact on public health. So when a society is said to be growing it has multiple avenues that work in favour of the betterment of the lives of the people of the society which leads to those people getting health care services and their ability to spend on their healthcare improves marginally. Study growth and development will not only look at the monetary aspect but we looked at the affordability of the people forgetting the specialised treatment and remaining healthy which leads to the Health side of development of the society viewed through the angle of growth and development. When the society is achieving growth we see a large number of opportunities that people are getting and their ability to achieve well-being in terms of monetary compensation as well as the ability to spend and all the relevant aspect which lead to well being. So when the society is growing public health and well-being also takes care of itself along the way a during growth and development of the society and acts as a mirror for public health and well being in this context.
