Health issues for care managers :-

* Some chronic diseases.

* Diabetes miletus.

* Frustration,tension,stress.

* Contagious diseases,etc.

Measures to relieve from:-

* Eat healthy food.

* Physical exercise should be done daily.

* Avoid drinking alcohol.

* Get enough sleep.

* Avoid fats.

* Meditation should be done.

* Mask should be wear and sanitization should be done regularly.

* Checkup should be done regularly.

Healthcare manager goals,compensation,work environment:-

* Their goal is to treat the patients in effective way. They works really hard to treat. Their work should be decreased to them. That can be done by increasing staff.

* Compensation should be given to care managers in case of any disease affection.

* Work environment is created to make the care managers enthusiastic to treat.

Decisions related to care managers:-

In any decision making related to care managers,then the opinion of them should be taken compulsory. Do that they can fight for their rights and problems. So the health-care managers should be involved in such decisions related to them.
