The Affordable Care Act (ACA) is a comprehensive reform law, enacted in 2010, that increases health insurance coverage for the uninsured and implements reform to the health insurance market. And the Medicare for All Act will provide comprehensive health care to every man, woman and child in our country -- without out-of-pocket expenses. Thus the more coverage of ACA made a tremendous replacement of medicare for all system
Tele medicine is distribution of health related services and information via electronic resources or telecommunication technology. Mainly uses for long distance patients who couldn't approach the clinian for services and or like pandemic situations. Telecommunication is not always recommended for myself, since there won't be physical examination or treatment regimen by seeing the patient. Sometimes I won't feel much comfortable with the innovation.
A code of ethics for public health can clarify the distinctive elements of public health and the ethical principles that follow from and or responds to that elements. It can make a clear to populations and communities the ideals of the public health institutions that serve them, ideal for which the institutions can be held accountable.
