Solutions

Expert Solution

Answer is A shared Vision

A shared vision is the purpose and perspective among the members in community what one and other members want to create or accomplish as part of the organization/Community. It is derived from the members of the organization, by creating common interests and sense of shared purpose for all the organizational activities.

A shared vision is a practical guide for all members of community in creating plans, setting goals and objectives, making the decisions, coordinating and evaluating all the works which might be large or small in the community. This helps in keeping the community focused especially in difficult times.

Goals are defined as the general guidelines which are laid down and explains what to achieve in community.

Objectives defines the strategies and implementation steps to attain all the identified goals.

Goals and objectives are always specific, measurable and have a defined date for completion.

A logic model is a graphic representation or roadmap which explains the shared relationships among the resources, activities, outputs, outcomes, and impact of various programs in the community. Also, this is effective in community which helps to make visual statement of all activities which will bring changes and the results which can be expected to see in community and in people.

A Theory-based strategy helps to evaluate and draw conclusions on the various community-based interventions and contributions made in the community for all the activities.
