A.Handsome salary: Generally manager get paid wow salary that is the reason many of us fascinated towards the carrer of management.

B. Possition: commonly managers are in the top possiton of the company therefore they enjoy the benefit of authority as well.

C.Power: Most of the power concentrates in the hand of manager only .They are the one who delegate the authority other than this they are the one who organise trainning of staff,appraise staff, settle thier schedule.In short manager holds most of the power of the organsiation.

Another aspects that is not important of being a manager:

A)Playing different role on same time: manager is the one who plays different role .he cordinate with suppliers ,with lower level staff,with upper level management .

B)Answerbale; manager is answerable for each and everything.who so ever commit the mistake manager is the one who blame responsible of it.

Ans 2. Cons that may discourage of being a manager are as follows:

A.POlitics:unnecessary manager become part of business politics.

B.More pressure: manager has to take more pressure than others.

C.showing many face: manager is the one who has to modify or change himself according to situation .To make things more smoother.

D.Expectation: Expectation from manager  is much higher than others .He is not considerrd responsible of his just own work but for several other employees works also.

Cons that does not discourage:

Higher responsibility: when manager is the one who is getting higher power, possition, authority so its obvious his responsibility will be more than others.

Higher expectation: manager is performing so many jobs its natural to expect him lot.

Ans 3.yes career in management appeal to me because pros are much higher than the cons its overlapping the drawbacks of being a manager.even cons are somwhere come more in the pros.cons has created just because manager has more power and authoritg thats why he is highly responsible.It is just a part of role that manager has to play nothing much.
