First of all, we need to form committe to act upon this project. We have to connect with different departments and know the prerequisites. We need a proper infrastructure for the development of oncology unit in hospital. We need to build a proper, well planned oncology centre. Distribution of funds should be well planned. Various advanced machinery and diagnostic techniques should be present in these oncology units. Also, most important part is trained medical and paramedical personnel. They should be made available to serve people. Various screening techniques should be provided to people to diagnose cancers early, as it is very essential to diagnose cancers early to have good prognosis. Funds should be optimally distributed in these services.

We have to make people aware of the cancers and its signs and symptoms so that people will present to us early. Not all cancers are deadly. Most of them can have excellent prognosis, if it's diagnosed and treated early. This will definitely lower the diability adjusted life years(DALY) of person's life and this will definitely play important role in growth and development of the Nation. Such humanitarian donations will definitely help the needy and this will reduce the global and national burden of the disease.
