LTC
Long-term care refers to any personal care or assistance that an individual might receive on long-term basis because of disability or chronic illness .
LTC Environment
As prevalence of chronic conditions increases dramatically with
the aging ,the need for quality long-term care also
increases.
The physical environment is an integral component in long-term care
settings. Therefore ,It is critical to carefully assess
how long-term care environments can be designed to promote health
and well-being among this growing population.
