It is important to identify and gather all information related to original problem because, before being able to establish and confront a problem, its existence needs to be identified. First there is a need to bringing those problem into the attention in order to get them solved.

It is needed in order to highlight the importance of defining a problem because defining problem contains its own solution within it, and that solution is usually quite obvious and straightforward.

By collecting and gathering information related to original problems, it will be easier to solve them and it will help in saving time and money as well as it will help in saving resources.

This can also be called data Collection related to the original problems because all such other problems are interlinked with the original problem, if the original problem is solved, it is most likely that the contagion will stop and other problems will not be having that severe effects.
