The expert systems can be useful in predicting the output of the various procedures. The expert systems are able to predict that which input will produce what outcome. For example - Predicting the variations in the prices in the stock market. Expert system can predict that when it will be good to buy and sell the stocks so that there is a high amount of return.

The expert systems can be used to maintain the human resoureces. The human resources which the expert systems can handle can be like scheduling, employee benefits etc. The expert system helps the human resource management to help the people with certain restrictions. For example - People in human resource management can enter the information of employees. This is all maintained with the help of expert systems.

The expert systems are used to determine how much capital has to be invested in machine tools and technologies and management systems. The expert systems provides various concepts to optimize and maximize the output. For example - Expert systems can be used to solve the issues that were arising in the problems related to production.

There are certain criterias in the accounting field where expert systems can be very useful. Those fields can be like making decisions of accounting, planning for tax, planning the auditing, consulting the management practices. For example - Building a knowledge base which from which various decisions will be made by expert systems.
