The cross training is the training in sports that includes the athletic training other than the usual sports of athletics .This cross training improve the overall performance of a person . This is beneficial to the endurance athletes because it makes the parts of the body stronger and increase their strengthen other than the ligaments and hointsa and muscles that are basically used in the primary athletic activity .

It provides the benefit to the sprint and power to the athetes as it improves the recovery to the injury as it do faster and prone least to injury . It improves the speed of athletes and power , flexibility gor their scheduling , awareness and build the endurance .

The precompetition meal is the meal that is taken before the competition and athlete as it provide the calories , nutrients and liquid that is required for the to the competition in the athletics . It should gives the energy and prevent the hunger during the game .

It includes the liquids that prevent the dehydration and take 70% of carbohydrate , grains , fruits and vegetable .

In pre exercise meal , it includes , the oatmeal , whole grain cold cereal , skim milk salad , fruits , cereals and yogurt, baked chicken , fish , rice , vegetables , peanut , tuna , pancakes , banana and berries .
