1)Pneumonia is a lung infection. It can be caused by many different organisms, including fungi, bacteria and viruses. People whose immune system is not working well are less able to fight off organisms. This makes them prone to infections from organisms that do not causes diseases in healthy individuals.
In these scenario, Mr Green has temperature of 103 degree Fahrenheit,where rest all vital signs are apparently normal. Fever or hyperthermia is a indication for invasion of pathogens in the immune system, ie, infection. This symptom can correlate with active functioning of immune system in Mr Green.

When inflammation occurs, the lung, they start filling fluid leads pleural effusion. This the elasticity and airway obstructions occurs.
Pneumonia is one of serious condition among respiratory infection,which need immediate treatment and management.
