Normal vital signs change with age ,sex, weight, exercise capability, and overall health.
Vital signs reflects body functions, including heat beat, breathing rate, temperature and blood pressure.
Expected range of vital signs of Mr C is:
temperature: 97.8degree F to 99.1degree F(36.5 degree C to 37.3 degree C).
respiration:12 to 18 breaths pet minutes.
pulse:60 to 100 beats per minute.
blood pressure:100/60 to 120/80mmhg.
Temperature: temperature recordings gives an indication of core body temperature which is normally tightly controlled as it affects the rate of chemical reactions .body temperature is maintained through a balance of the heat produced by the body and the heat lost from the body.
