What does it mean if there is air at the narrow end of the Pipette tip when doing an experiment
If we place a tip of the pippette below the solution surface's in the beaker.Gradually squeeze the suction valve to draw liquid in the specified volume.if the amount of solution is not enough in the beaker to completely fill the pippette then there is air bubbles at the narrow end of the pippette tip.
If we leave the plunger of the pippette immediately after suction of liquid then there is a possible chance of air bubbles formations.
