American Disabilities act of 1990 :

  • This act provide same rights in treatment or care by the health worker in hospital
  • Eliminating of partiality or discrimination based on the disability of person.
  • Generally we don't considering disable but this act give right to that kind of person to get every care or treatment as normal people .

Civil rights act of 1991 :

  • This act also prohibit the discrimination based of social stratification , race, color , which country belonging you etc.

These act are promoting the right of each member of residence of Country.

Nurse providing competent care to patient

  1. Expenditure of health sources for every patient must be provided.
  2. Giving the care based of the need of patient but not based of person status sex race etc.
  3. no spartiality while doing care of the patient in civil rights
  4. nurse can provide all requirements as a patient and also respect to their culture in the nursing intervention
  5. As a citizen of Nation patient can get all basic treatment without any avoidance to treat.
  6. Nurse can do Better nursing intervention according to Diagnosis without any restrictions by hospital.
  7. Past health care practices found as discrimination so this act can making aware of managed care
  8. Access the potential care to poor and practicing quality care to every one during hospitalization.
