As per the representation case in Concepts and Connections 2.4, Volkswagen didn't have a solid free top managerial staff that
(1) was happy to acknowledge duty,
(2) even addressed whether it was the suitable job of the board to know about such issues, and
(3) included as administrator Ferdinand Piech, a previous CEO and an individual from the Porsche family that had a 50 percent enthusiasm for the organization.
