a) What can be some of the problems with being able to obtain reliable information in regards to the volume or sample size of measurements? What sort of compromise may be required in this regard?

Ans: Some of the problems with being able to obtain reliable information in regards to the volume or sample size of measurements are validity, reliability and accuracy. There is no guarantee that the sample data will be reliable when it is present in huge volume size, and it can't be even accurate, there will be definitely errors in data which will fail to have accuracy.

No organisation has a bottomless purse hence the best compromise must be struck to achieve the best value from the investment in the project. There may be times when we want the Rolls-Royce solution but our budget may not stretch that far. Consequently we sometimes have to compromise our ambition because of budgetary constraints. So, perhaps we have to compromise our ambition to match our means. That is not the same as saying we should not be ambitious or seek new and innovative solutions but, rather, reality creeps in and we must cut our cloth accordingly.

b) What impact does the currency of measurements have on the quality of measurements obtained? Please indicate in your answer below, when you are answering for A and when you are answering for B.
