explain how lack of consistency can harm the goals of an organization.
Lack of consistency can harm the goals of an organization due to the following reasons;
1. As we know that lack of consistency will demotimate the employees of the organization due to regular changes in the organization, hence goals of the organization will not be attained.
2. Unnecessary changes of the methods & rules in the organization will decrease the effeiciency of the employees hence we can not attain goals of the organization.
3. For achieving goals of the organization regular & consitent efforts from the human resources are required hence lack of consitency will hammer on the goals of the organization.
4. Consitency helps in proper fixation of accountability for the employees that is lack of consistency will hammer on the fixation of accountability that is why without accountability employees will be careless, as a result goals can not be achieved.
5. Consistency helps in setting proper standards & measurement hence in absence of consitency we will not be able of set the required standards.
6. Consistency helps in creating good work place for the employees hence it will help in more productivity, so lack of consistency will hammer on the good work place.
7. Consistency will result into satisfaction at all level in the organization hence lack of consistency will result into unsatisfaction which will result into lower productivity and goals will not be attained.
8. Consistency will improve understanding of the employees hence good understanding will result into higher productivity that is lack of consistency will hammer on such situation in the organization etc.
