low-fat milk- i hardly drink whole milk because i believe limiting fat is beneficial as they can prevent heartburn,and improve cholestrol. Recently, i heard that taking fat out of milk makes it difficult for our body to access fat soluable vitamines such as vitamin A and vitamin D.

Most of the indians have the habit of eating meat with curd. For example, using curd or yogurt in biryani- it helps cook the meat and give it a good taste. According to aurved curd and meat cannot be eaten with together because they can cause some allergic problems and skin diseases.
