Quality improvement is an important part in every organization. This can be only achieve by working the member of organization work in unity and in team. Psychological safety is the prerequisite to improve the quality of the organization. Psychological safety means all the members believes to be free from punishment or humiliate for speak up their ideas, questions, mistakes. All the members are given equal right to speak and create an environment free from stress and increase the co operation to one another.

The more co- operation and comfortable environment woek place, it will helps to get the new ideas from every facuties and work on common goal to improve the quality of the organization. All the member should acknowledge their own mistake and change it to improve the qualtiy activities in the organization.

There are some points that can be done to maintain psychological safety:

• Open to take feedback
• Co operation to one another
• Listen to ideas of all the faculties
• Acknowledging own mistakes
• Free of judgment
• Increase team work
• Free from stressful environment
