The types of seizures might the child be experiencing maybe -

1- Absence seizure.

It is a type of seizure in which there is a short period of moment where you will be blanking out

2- Atonic seizure.

It is a type of seizure in which there is a partial or complete loss of muscle tone

3- Generalized tonic-clonic seizure (GTC).

It is a type of seizure in which there is some problem in the functioning of the brain.

The aspects of the boy's seizure activity should the nurse observe and the document is -

a - If he tired too soon?

b- Do you lose your consciousness during any physical activity.

c - Any trembling movement does he have of arms and legs.

The instructions regarding the seizures should the nurse provide to his parents are -

Do the following things during the seizure

a - Lie down the person on the person with ease

b - Put any cloth or something below his head that will give him a bit of relief.

c - Stay with the person and speaks calmly until the seizure ends.

d - If possible take the person to the home and make sure that the rest properly.

Seizure management plan -

1 - Give the medicines on time to the patient.

2 - Take proper sleep and also drink a lot of water

3 - Have a balanced diet and avoid alcohol and smoking.
