Option 1: Assess the moral solutions arrived at through "care" (care-based ethics) and "rights" ethics to social issues of ethical import such as poverty, drug use, and/or lack of health care, That is, note any ethical problems that arise related to those particular issues. Then, say how both care-based and rights theory of ethics would solve those problems. Are those solutions correct? Why or why not? What is your own approach there?

Negligence is the on of most ethical issue.

Negligence is defined as doing something or failing to do something that a prudent, careful, and reasonable nurse would do or not do in the same situation. Or  It is the failure to meet accepted standards of nursing competence and nursing scope of practice.

Some of the most common situations that give rise to malpractice actions are problems associated with: 1) nursing assessments; 2) lack of communication or miscommunication with other health care providers; 3) misuse of equipment or equipment malfunction; 4) mistakes with medication administration; and 5) problems with environmental safety

Failure to follow standards of care

Failure to use equipment in a responsible manner.

Failure to assess and monitor and failure to communicate

Failure to document

Inability to act as patient advacate

These are some types.

These three theories of ethics (utilitarian ethics, deontological ethics, virtue ethics) form the foundation of normative ethics conversations. It is important, however, that public relations professionals also understand how to apply these concepts to the actual practice of the profession.

Freedom is the most basic right, according to will theory. It is a moral (or natural) right. All other rights, moral or legal, are specific protected freedoms. Limiting anyone's freedom always requires the authorization of others' rights; and the subjects of rights remain free to “claim” them or not.

All the theories are protect people and they are capable of assuring people. Theories have a powerful law to ensure human rights and all others are responsible to do according to it. In a community all the ethical and right issues are solved using the theories.
