Ethical concepts are really important for any organization as this satisfies basic human needs, employee desires and allows the organisation to follow fair principles and methodologies for longer sustenance. So there are sets of rules and regulations which has to be followed by every employee and stakeholders of the company know as code of conduct also. Management also takes care of employees by having different policies like corporate health insurance, provident fund facility, appraisal evaluation by both senior and team members, councillor for employees and strict actions or penalties for sexual assaults in workplace.

Real-life examples where challenges are faced

• Logging in with someone else credentials is a general issue for IT employees. It is a violation of security.
• Asking for the access of an ODC (workplace) to someone who has. So entering the place where one is restricted.
• Filling the timesheet afterwards. Timesheet is the hours one has worked in a day and should be filled that day only. If missed then it should be marked absent. But employees generally do it afterwards which is not a good practise.
