Describe two specific and actual problem situations that you were able to resolve by teamwork provide a step-step description with clear examples of what was the problem and what did you do to address it.

When we were in college, we had German as a foreign language, the intial days were good since it was new and easy but as one year passed things , grammar strated getting more complex. It was very difficuilt for us to study revise etc on our own. Hence we decided to do a group study after the class. One would read out the topic, anybody who undestood would explain, one would look meanings in dictionary and others would take notes. This was wonderful thing s it got fear and boredom out of us. Please we were able to remember so many words because we got into the discussion of many words and topics and tries conversing in German.

When I went abroad with husband, it was all together new thing for us. Hence we decided to share a flat with one more couple. Then the whole household work was lot do, so we distributed the work of cooking, cleaning, bringing grocery, paying bills etc. Though this list seems as nominal one but actually it becomes a big one if you do not do hohusehold activities on time.
