what does it mean if DNA is coding

what does it mean if DNA is coding

Solutions

Expert Solution

Coding by DNA means the required sets of proteins of made by DNA. A DNA strand is transcribed into RNA strand and from RNA strand required proteins are generated by translation process. In translation the amino acids sequences in the RNA are responsible for the generation of proteins and enzymes required for metabolism and development of organisms. Thus it means the generation of proteins by coding of DNA.
