- Six main factor ( Social and demographic , economic , political , technological, information and ecological ) Its really major factor for change the present and future of health care .

1. Social and demographic = A highly increasing in population affect the future health infrastructure, its really decrese the quality of health in country because for more population need more health worker and need more quantity of medicine and equipement, so we can say highly populated country have low health care facilities,so need to control the population.

2. Economic factor = Economic factor also a major factor that affecting health care facilities for example a developed a country spend more money on health care facilities and improve better quality of care and its really goes to better for whole country present and future and otherwise we can say a low socioeconomic country expand less money on health care structure so there is not available better quality of care.

3. Political factor = Political factor also affect a country health care facilities future and present . A good politician more attention on health care facility and also help in improve better quality of care and its future.

4. Ecological factor = A neat and clean environmment also help in for maintaining good health and a polluted environment decrease quality of care and also determine health status and future health care structure.

5. Technological forces and factor = Technology also have a major role in for determine the care facilities future . A more technology country really create more equipment related to health care facility and its really help in for acheiving better health of a person and for making future of good health infrastructure of country.

Informational factor = Informational factor also determine the future health care in which a informational department also conduct a census and also record indicator  of health like MMR and Infant mortality rate , sex ratio and population of country so thsese are also health indicator so record them and also evaluate them.
