What was most rewarding about the best job you ever had: he ability to earn money, social aspects involving your fellow employees, enjoyment of the work itself, or something else?

1. What was the most rewarding about the best job you ever had: the ability to earn money, social aspects involving your fellow employees, enjoyment of the work itself, or something else.

The most fulfilling role I've done at the hospital; I will develop my professional knowledge and experience. Read from conditions other people don't think from. It was pretty gratifying to raise money and improve as you work. There are positive and poor employers in any job where you operate. Yet contact inside the office with the co-workers makes functioning even simpler. Enjoyment in the place of employment arrives because there is no tension between them.

2. What would you see as the positive and negative aspects of supervising other people? Would you like to supervise others at some point in your career?

Supervisor role is not an simple task; with any decision you make against an employee, you should be fair and honest; You can not be unfair regardless, regardless of who they are, you might not like an individual; or what you thought of the employee. This goes a fair way to be a direct boss and compassionate with the staff. For this stage in my life I don't know I want to be a director; I want to be the manager of a recovery center. Time is time, like they claim, making you feel good to get paid a real salary. It's very annoying for someone because you don't have to be living test to verify. Can't buy the stuff you need, or pay your bills in time.

3. How important is the amount of money that you’re paid for the work you do?

Time is money, as they say, getting paid a real wage makes you feel contented. That you don't have to be living check to check, is quite frustrating for anyone. Not being able to buy the stuff you need, or pay your bills on time. A good pay rate makes you feel happy to go to work.

4. Do you see work as something you must do to earn a living or something that is a central and important aspect of life in and of itself?

Work is something you must do to make a living unless you are rich and can live off your wealth. It's an important aspect of life from the days of a teenager to adulthood; it's a feeling of self-worth to be able to get up every day and make a living, support your family and yourself.

5. How important is variety in what you do? How important is stability in what you do?

Variety is necessary to build your skills and your resume. When you're a jack of all trades; you are never out of work. Stability shows the character of yourself, how long you can hold a job. And do the best you can in advancing yourself in whatever you do in life.

Since a teenager's days to maturity it's an essential part of life; it's a feeling of self-worth to be able to wake up every day to make a living, help your family to yourself. It takes variation to develop your skills and your resume. You are rarely out of work because you're a master of all trades. Stability tells the attitude, how long you will keep a position. And do your best to advance yourself in whatever you do in life.
