1) When the column is big enough to display the information or to display something different than what you need from spreadsheet

• Widen the cells
• Numbers are missing
• Too small of a cell

2) The appearence of data in worksheet can be controlled by selecting cell and then selecting the desired format under home tab.

3)Format Painter tool copies the format of data you select and then paints this selected format on to new data of your choice that didnot originally appear to be same way.

5)Importance of Parentheses in formulas:
