Hospice care is mean that same as palliative care which providing the patient comfort in their end days. It mainly means the end of life care which mainly focus on pain relief and both physical and mental comfort of the patient.
As the nusing states the death can be happen. But it must be a peaceful death.
2.Some of the grief are present in the older adults. But its important that they also have a stage of loss of grief. Also they are better to regulate their emotions than younger persons. The reason can be said as their proximity to death.
Most percentage of older adults are experience the loss of the spouce. This situation provides a stressful experience.so the main grief the older adults experience is the bereavement. Mainly the death of a loved one.

This law allows the patient to select the nature of care they needed foe ex : nursing facilities, home health agencies, hospice programs, health maintenance organizations, They must provide a written documents regarding their right to under state law to make medical decisions.
In this law mainly give priority to right to refuse the treatment and right to die.
