True False Question ,please explain it 3
sentence
A regular saving may be regarded as fixed expense
The above given statement is TRUE.
In order to develop a habit of regular saving, one should
consider savings as if he/she is paying himself/herself first. Most
financial advisors suggest saving a fixed part (usually 10-15%) of
the income.
According to a Bankrate survey, one-fifth of Americans aren't
saving any money, and most say it's because they have too many
expenses. However, one should make saving money a priority by
treating it as an expense, just like rent, food, and insurance.
Experts suggest to make a fixed schedule, in which every month a
fixed portion of each paycheck goes to a person's
employer-sponsored 401(k) and another portion to his/her high-yield
savings account. that way he/she will develop a regular saving
plan.
Learning how to save money is as simple as first figuring out
what expenses you need to save for, and then simply getting the
money out of your hands. There are two types of savings categories
that you need to save for, irregular expenses and goal-oriented
savings.
Irregular expenses are like clothing & shoes, vet bills,
vehicle maintenance, gifts, health expenses etc.
Goal-Oriented Savings – Saving for Retirement, Education, Down
Payment, Trip or Emergencies.
