Yes, I do have purchased many products from Alibaba. My experience is more disappointing than satisfying. I have purchased products mostly clothes and accessories, some has satisfied while more has put me in trouble due to low quality and lengthy return process. Although there are some very attracting features of Alibaba service which counts their advantages from the perspective of a buyer like-

Large number of products and access to global suppliers.
Affordable prices usually wholesale prices and sometime slower than the wholesale pricing.
Nicely organized products on the website so that no time is wasted on the searching of products. (High Filtering is available)
Friendly Look and feel of the website.
Listing of products for free with international consumer reviews.

Some major disadvantages, I have observed and experience are-

Low quality products are listed heavily on the website.
No option for Cash on Delivery for some selected markets and price of the products.
High shipping charges.
Poor return and exchange policy which burdens the buyer.
